I use this powder to make my hair look thicker along the hairline and along the part. It also covers the gray well enough, but my hair is only part gray. (To cover a lot of gray you would use up the product pretty quickly.) It really works, and just a small amount makes my whole head of hair look much thicker, and stays on for 2 days between washings.

It works on eyebrows too, if you use a fine brush. Stays on very well, and you can brush just a very light amount on for a very natural look. I wish they made a small one designed for purses for eyebrows. The large compact is both too big to carry easily, and it leaks powder, which stains. When I use it I put the open compact on top of a tissue or a dark washcloth on the counter, because powder leaks out through the hinge. No problem in a bathroom at home, where you can wash surfaces with soap, but hard to take as part of a make-up kit.

I love this root touch up. It covers well and lasts - I don't have to redo it every day. I only need to redo it after I have washed my hair. It says to use it on dry hair but I have found that it also works right after you have washed your hair.
