Access to this hotel was close to St.Regent's station, although a bit hindered by the building work going on. The room was simple and clean but the bedding felt cheap. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and I was told to book a table if I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My booking said I wouldn't have air con in the room but I was in fact giving an aircon room...and you needed it! It's quite noisy in the early evening and from 7am, because you can hear the aircraft taking off and landing into London City Airport. I didn't think the hotel was particularly good value for money.

The Premier Inn is everything you would expect from a Premier Inn, comfy bed, great breakfast. Went to see ABBA Voyage in Stratford and it was only a relatively short Docklands Light Railway & tube ride to get there for £4.00 return. Would stay there again.

Check in and bookings messed caused a nightmare for 3 consecutive days and it was down to us to find a solution. Two high profile guests told they had no booking when they did and one sent to a fifferent location - embarrassing! Plus duplicated bookings so we paid 3x for one person but this was refunded later but not after being on an hour phone call when you have an exhibition to run.

I had a lovely stay at this Premier Inn. The room was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean and well-presented, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was super comfy, just what you’d hope for after a long day. I also wanted to mention how friendly and welcoming the reception staff were. During my chat with them, I learned that the housekeeping team works incredibly hard behind the scenes but often don’t get the recognition they deserve. So I’d like to give a big shout-out to them—it’s clear they take real pride in their work, and it made all the difference to my stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The check-in staff were incredibly welcoming, even cracking jokes and making us laugh, which set a great tone for our stay. As we were attending a country festival at the O2, we arrived before check-in time, but the staff were more than happy to store our bags, making everything so convenient for us. Breakfast was an absolute delight! For under £13, the selection was impressive, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The freshly poached eggs were cooked to perfection – a real treat to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience with fantastic service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here agai
