The window was not open. There was only one socket on one side of the bed, which was not convenient for charging mobile phones. There was no night light, only one main light and spotlight. The toilet was too crowded and the door opened inwards, which was inconvenient to move around. There were no bath slippers, so we had to go barefoot. There was no floor mat, which was very unsafe.
