A lot of noise at night, you can hear everything people talk on the street and at 3 in the morning the garbage trucks pass by, dragging everything away. The windows are not prepared to reduce noise. Good location, they give you some codes and you access everything, portal and room. Simple room, curtains and shabby bathroom.

I tell my misadventure: I book in this structure, given the centrality in which it is located (very close to the pantheon) the only positive note, at the time of booking, made privately, without OTA portals, it asks me for advance payment, and so far everything is ok, at the time of confirmation, nothing is released to me, neither a door opener code nor an alternative telephone number (mobile) I only have a landline number which they do not answer. I repeatedly call for almost 3 hours but no one answers me then I find a mobile number on the internet that also does not answer me. I finally arrive at the facility and I can't find anyone, I wait in vain for hours and a waiter shows up who doesn't know the details of my reservation and among other things asks me to pay again, I inform him that I have already paid and show him the bank transfer done, finally after several attempts he is convinced and lets me into the room, I completely exhausted with two children in tow who rightly complain about the waiting times. Completely dirty and badly maintained room, bathroom in total indecency Waking up in the morning not even a cup of coffee, and as usual I can't find anyone What a bad experience Be very careful when booking with these individuals

Molto sporco ! non sembrava essere stato pulito affatto ho trovato sotto il comodino addirittura carte di pastiglie . peccato perché le camere sono anche carine e la posizione centrale se solo fosse curato . Non ritornerò e non lo consiglio .

La struttura è ottima per la posizione ma per il resto lascia MOLTO a desiderare. La pulizia della stanza scarsissima, le plafoniere delle lampade e i muri pieni di polvere, la stanza era quasi buia e per accendere le luci si doveva fare la caccia agli interruttori. Per quanto riguarda il servizio reception personale quasi del tutto assente…peccato perché la struttura merita molto di più
