Wir haben unseren 20. Hochzeitstag im Reiterhof verbracht und es war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Von Anfang bis Ende wurden wir von der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft und dem erstklassigen Service des gesamten Personals verwöhnt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, mit einer malerischen Aussicht, die unsere romantische Stimmung perfekt ergänzte. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem Balkon, von dem aus wir den Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft genießen konnten. Die Sauberkeit und die liebevollen Details trugen dazu bei, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Vor dem Essen entschieden wir uns, im hoteleigenen Schwimmbad und der Sauna zu entspannen. Die Einrichtungen waren makellos sauber und boten eine willkommene Gelegenheit, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und den Tag zu reflektieren. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war zweifellos das Valentins Dinner im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Unter romantischer Beleuchtung und einer intimen Atmosphäre wurden wir von einem aufmerksamen Servicepersonal betreut. Das Essen war von höchster Qualität. Die Weinbegleitung war perfekt auf die Gerichte abgestimmt und rundete das Geschmackserlebnis ab. Abschließend möchten wir uns beim gesamten Team des Reiterhofs bedanken für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns bereits darauf, im kommenden März wiederzukommen, um meinen "runden" Geburtstag, mit der Familie zu feiern.

Sogar dieser eine Stern ist noch viel zuviel aber weniger Bewertung ist leider nicht möglich. Waren so begeistert das wir nach 3, 5 Stunden wieder abgereist sind und des obwohl wir am Abend noch 350 km nachhause fahren mussten. Schon der Empfang war sowas von herzlich/unfreundlich. Es wurde einem noch nicht mal gesagt wo sich das Zimmer und der Saunabereich befindet.Alles sehr veraltet und entspricht nicht den Bildern bei der online Buchung. Die Zimmer waren so warm das sich meine Frau erstmal eine Bettflasche machen musste.Vor dem Balkon lag lauter Müll. Der Wasserkocher so dreckig wie wir es noch nie gesehen haben und das Personal 2 Stunden gebraucht hat um ihn sauber zu bekommen. In der Badewanne ein Loch das sehr stümperhaft repariert wurde.Uralte Bademäntel die mit flauschig garnichts mehr zu tun hatten .Das Bayrische traditions Menü/essen grauenhaft.Als wir der Dame an der Rezeption mitgeteilt haben das wir sofort abreisen und gerne bezahlen möchten. Meinte sie wir müssen nichts bezahlen wenn wir so unzufrieden waren sondern nur den Schlüssel abgeben. Was wir dann auch getan haben. Heute kommt eine Rechnung per Post von über 400 Euro. Wollten dem Hotel unsere Rezension/online Bewertung eigentlich ersparen. Aber nach so einem Verhalten und keinerlei Einsicht bleibt uns nichts anderes übrig. An den beigefügten Bildern ist das Elend für jeden ersichtlich. Danke für diesen wundervollen Urlaub. 👎👎👎👎

Ein Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage, oberhalb der Ortschaft Wirsberg, mit einer aufmerksamen Reception, guten Zimmern (leider etwas abgewohntes Mobiliar) und rundrum freundlichem Service in allen Bereichen. Das Abendessen auf der Terasse mit super Blick ins weite Land ist einfach schön. Das Essen selbst ist sehr unterschiedlich in Frage des Geschmacks und der Qualität der Zubereitung. Aber es entspricht grundsätzlich den 4 * des Hauses. Wo noch Luft nach oben besteht ist in Sachen Tischreservierung. Ein bestellter und bestätigter Tisch sollte dann auch frei sein wenn man zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt erscheint, auch wenn gerader "dieser Tisch" einem anderen Gast so sehr gefallen hat, dass er sich dort einfach niedergelassen hat. Aber trotzdem, ein Wiederkommen ist geplant.
