Hotel is conveniently co-located with the train station and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel around and get your food/souvenirs. Facilities are new and check-ins are made easy with self-help kiosks. Do note that only 2 pillows are provided even with 2 guests so request for extra pillows early to avoid running out of pillows.

1. Room - Room was a good size and with comfortable beddings. Furnishings were new. 2. Location wise, it’s about 25mins door to door to the shopping and touristy belt in Shinjuku and the ride costs 230 Yen. 2 stops away from Shinagawa station if you’re going to Osaka next. Very convenient.
3. Within the vicinity of the hotel, there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
Overall good hotel option for singles or couples. But for families, you’re better off in the city centre because travelling costs money too.

Connected with JR Omori station. After passed auto ticket gate, hotel entrance is 7m distance, so closed 😂😂.
Dinner and night spot is also have near the JR station. I will be stay again if my next Tokyo business trip location is Ryutsu Center such logistic partner client.

My family, who had been back to Japan for the first time in a while, stayed here. They had to check in by themselves, and it seemed like they had trouble entering their details, but other than that it was comfortable. They were flying to Haneda, but it was close to the airport, so they enjoyed just being around the hotel. We chose a plan that included breakfast, and they were happy to be able to choose from several nearby cafes.

The hotel is right inside Omori Station. There are many shopping malls around, making shopping very convenient. The hotel service is very good. There are all kinds of hygiene products and cosmetics in the lobby, and there is free coffee in the lounge. There are three places to choose from for breakfast, most of which are sandwiches and coffee, which are relatively simple.
