Really, I wanted this primarily for the bigger of the two face cones, and I wanted extra body cones for my legs.

The two body cups are identical in size, and awesome for legs (I've used them before). I personally don't like bigger cups than these (I have some). So this kit is right on with the two body cups and larger face cone.

The tiny face cone is the only one I may not use much. Still nice for the kit, but not my go to. Maybe I just have to figure out how to make it work for me...

So the bigger face cone is right on. I basically use a good quality, pure, organic, non-comedogenic oil for my face (hemp seed oil, argan, etc) and I use the cup while I watch tv. I spend a little time on each face zone and feel the oxygen flow (little redness and Ringling). If done well, it stimulates the collagen and helps tighten (therefore a slight lift and smoothness comes with the firmness). Just don't over do.

I love using it between my brows as an alternate for Botox, for example. I use it all over, but that's an area that benefits!

I find it relaxing, and I couple it with muscle excersizes for my face, helping relax the jaw and other tense areas.

It's not a permanent solution, it's just a part of my daily regimen. I was previously using bigger cups and massaging by hand (wonderful). But I'm thrilled for this new size of face cone :)

And don't forget to drink lots of water :)

The face cupping anti-aging set came in a nice pouch. The pieces were well-made. I began using it every morning and sometimes at night as my husband & I sat to watch TV together. I also used the bigger ones on my thighs while in the shower (the soap helps to move them around better). I cannot say I've seen any results months later- but I also cannot state that I've kept up with it on a regular routine basis. Therefore, I'm giving it 4 stars. I could tell my lips got slightly puffy afterwards, but if you use it too long, it can cause redness & itchiness on the skin where it was used. Probably need some practice with it.

I have to say I got these to use on my face after seeing them on a television program. Well, got them last week and didn't use them until yesterday, but not for my face. I have been having a lot of problems with my legs and sciatica. Lately my leg muscles have felt tight as rubber bands, even after going to the acupuncturist. I remembered that another acupuncturist used cupping on my shoulder blades once to help with the pain. So, I took out these to use on my thighs, legs, and knees. I put on lotion and went to work with moving these over the sections along the sciatic nerve that were being aggivated. Note... I had been taking aspirin and ibuprofen all day, that was doing nothing for the pain. Anyway, it hurt while I was doing it, but I kept the cups in motion to prevent it from bruising. It turned red where I moved it, but it went away minutes later. I have to say that almost immediately my pain decreased significantly. I used the second to the smallest around my knees. I am extremely pleased with the ability to decrease my pain, can't wait to try it for more cosmetic purposes, but it is a winner in my book for pain control.

I own another brand of cups, but wanted extra, & the larger ones. I was really disappointed. I have RA, but still have a fair amount of strength in my hands, but these really made my hands hurt. I gave to squeeze the hard, & still don't get a good suction. By the time I was just a quarter through my cuping routine, my hands & arms hurt & we're extremly tired. The suction was not consistent & they didn't hold a suction. I prefer the little cheaper set I have, at least it felt like I was gaining ground after a session. I could return them, but not sure it's worth the effort. I do love the konjac sponge that came with them, it worked great! That's really about the only good thing I can say about this purchase.
