Organic Zea Mays (Corn Starch), Organic Maranta Arundinacea (Arrowroot) Powder, Kaolin Clay, Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Organic Theobroma (Cocoa) Powder, Organic Lavandula Hybrida (Lavandin) Oil

Directions:

Shake well. Holding bottle with nozzle pointed down about 6 inches away from hair, part hair into sections and squeeze middle of bottle until fine powder particles reach your hair. Using your fingertips or a makeup brush, massage into scalp and brush hair as usual. If extra body is desired, do not use a brush or comb, simply use fingertip to massage into hair line. I bought this product several years ago when trying to get away from aerosol and I just finished it, coming back for another. (I've used aerosols here and there if I needed extra volume or if my hair was suuuper dirty, but see below for best practice.) Here's my honest review (and no, this isn't sponsored or a requested review, I am a normal human).
Scent is lovely and light.
Application is easy, twisty top is good, you'll figure out how open you need it to get the right amount.
Best time to apply is before bed to reduce oil next day - applying to super greasy hair is futile. Add some more in the morning if needed. Doesn't add too much volume to extra greasy hair.
The powder is a light color, so yeah, brunettes and black hair girlies, maybe not your best option? My hair is a dark dirty blonde, almost brown, and it blends in fine.
Overall, I think my lungs, scalp, and the environment really appreciate this product and I recommend it.

I was weary to buy this at first based on the reviews, however this product was the best option so I purchased it anyway. After using this I am so glad I did! I have no idea how people are having problems using this... you put the powder in you swish it around a bit with your hands and just brush and the hair is all fresh. Thank goodness I bought this to replace the shower caps from the hospital!

This stuff works great and doesn't have the health concerns of many spray products. Although it says it's for dark hair, it is very light and will leave your roots looking white if you have dark hair. Put it in your hair in the evening before bed so it has time to soak in to minimize this problem.

The applicator is great and easy to use. You can put the product exactly where you want it.

It works. Removes oil but need a lot of product to do so. It doesn’t texturize like other dry shampoos. I also have light hair and the product said ‘dark’. It didn’t affect it at all. Just a slight brown colour to it rather than the traditional white powders.
