Suggested Usage & Study Results

(1) Start by cleansing with an oil-free cleanser. Make sure skin is completely dry. Do not use cream around the eye area. (2) Shake the tube. Apply a pea-sized amount to the top of the hand. (3) Using a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product. (4) Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel underneath the eyes for puffiness, onto the crow's feet area, onto the "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid). (5) Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless—do not squint or smile. (6) If you notice any white residue, simply moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges. (7) Once product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on foundation and/or apply powder. For external use only.

This product does not work. I tried all the different ways to apply with no results. I have experience in stage makeup and know how to apply products correctly. This is a waste of money.
I tried another product from Mary Kay and that truly does work - instant puffiness reducer.

No I’m not an affiliate nor do I gain anything from promoting it. Just sharing my experience and generating some good karma.

As the title says, you have to be patient and practice with this to get it right for you. But it works amazingly and the tube ensures there are no pump break issues.

My process with tips:
Wash and dry face,
Under eye area, apply a plain moisturizer. No hyaluronic acid, no retinol, no fragrance. Just a plain moisturizer. Otherwise, you will get irritation! I have super sensitive skin and have no issues if I do this. (At night, I do apply retinol to my whole face).
Apply normal moisturizer to remainder of face. Allow to soak in for 20 minutes.
Apply make-up as normal.
Apply Instant FirmX by squeezing a small dot on fingertip. Run under water to grab about a half drop- that’s it- of water. Work quickly. You have about 6 seconds of working time before it begins drying. Apply in an upward sweeping motion from inner eye area outward. Remain expressionless as you use a blow dryer to complete its drying.

If you prefer no shine, use a gentle quick sweep of banana powder as a final step.

If there is white powder on the edges, use a wet q-tip to fade it away. Use less product next time and/or work quicker.

I had such high hopes for this product as it was recommended by a friend but apparently (based on the reviews) it sort of works of some people & not at all for others.

For me it might have mildly reduced my under-eye puffiness as long as I maintained a neutral facial expression but as soon as I moved my face any small wrinkles looked WAY bigger.

I noticed in other reviews the company responded by basically saying “you must not have followed the directions”. I assure you I followed them very closely, every step of the way. I really wanted this to work. It just didn’t.

Probably worst of all is the fact that Amazon wouldn’t let me return it (I bought through Amazon with the hopes of being able to return it if it didn’t work, as the reviews indicated it was hit or miss). They said contact the manufacturer so I did and PTR said to contact Amazon. So I’m left in an unending loop where the bottom line is I can’t return this product that doesn’t work & actually makes the problem worse (for me). Sigh.

Ich habe die Creme heute erhalten und natürlich sofort ausprobiert. Das Ergebnis ist sehr natürlich, denn ich hatte Bedenken, dass es auch meine Augenfalten, die ich schon von klein auf habe, wegkleistert. Dem ist aber nicht so. Lediglich meine Altersfältchen unter den Augen sind verschwunden. Und das ohne weiße Krümel oder komischem Maskengefühl.

Ich habe einen kleinen Tropfen der Creme mit meinem Makeup vermischt und mit einem Schwämmchen eingeklopft. Dabei habe ich besonders darauf geachtet, dass ich auch die Ränder gleichmäßig bearbeite.

Klar, es spannt ein wenig, aber ich finde das nicht unangenehm. Toller Nebeneffekt ist, dass das Makeup nicht abgepudert werden muss, was eigentlich zusätzlich die Falten verstärkt. Auch habe ich keine Makeupansammlungen mehr in den Falten. Nach mehreren Stunden sieht das Ganze noch 1A aus.

Wie sich manche mit der Entfernung anstellen, ist mir schleierhaft. Entfernen lässt es sich ganz easy mit einem Makeup Entferner und einem Wattebausch, ohne die Haut zu reizen.
