The original magic camera.

At the Polaroid company meeting in 1972, Edwin Land stepped onto the stage, pulled a camera out of his jacket pocket, and took five instant photos in just ten seconds. That camera was the Polaroid SX-70, and it was the camera that made truly instant photography possible for the first time ever.

Faithfully restored. Lovingly Refurbished

Originals. Remade good as new. All vintage Polaroid cameras are taken apart, serviced, and made whole again by hand. Each camera is worked on by dedicated specialists who ensure a camera’s past adventures, never affects its future life. With you.

Find the film that fits.

SX-70 cameras operate slightly differently from other Polaroid instant cameras, so they need their own film. The biggest difference is the ASA – SX-70 film is roughly ¼ the sensitivity of 600 film, so it needs a lot more light to get a good photo.

Product description

The Polaroid SX-70 is one of the most famous instant cameras in the world. It was the first instant SLR camera ever made, and the first to use Polaroid’s now-iconic instant film which brought photos to life the moment they left the camera. Its manual controls have made it the go-to camera for artists and dreamers alike, and its fold-down design means you can take it with you, wherever you go. And trust us, you’ll want to.

Never expected the camera still in such a good condition under this price point. Clean, feel solid on hand and works perfectly fine. I guess the leather and mechanic got refurbished at the time. Not the carrying case that come with which is looks pretty old and smelly, leather is peeling apart too.
(and btw when i load my test film for testing and i find out there was an used 2019 expired BW film left over inside the camera, still got power and proper exposed. free goodies :) )
