1.This promotion is organized by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Trip.com," "our," or "we"). You should carefully read the terms and conditions of this promotion before deciding to participate, as by participating in this promotion, you are acknowledging that you agree to these terms and conditions. Once you participate, it is considered that you have fully accepted and will adhere to the event terms.
2.During the promotion period, Trip.com members can sign into Trip.com, go to Trip.com campaign page, and participate in the promotion gameplay including "Redeem Travel Products with Trip Coins" and "Book Hotles/Flights to Earn Trip Coins Rebate".
3. All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these Terms &Conditions and those stipulated in Trip.com's Privacy Policy at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-sg.html (“Privacy Policy”).
4. Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, change or otherwise restrict the participation of campaign mechanism any time without prior notice or compensation if we have reason to believe that the participant is detected with unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or improperly behaviour, including, but not limited to, placing malicious orders, malicious registrations, exploiting bugs in the Program, unlawfully changing prices, using plug-ins, extranets, reverse orders, fraudulent transactions, or any other violation of the campaign rules, or any other violation of the fairness and principles of the camapign. In case of any dispute, Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision. The Promotion is non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If a user cancels or refunds a booking, the rewards obtained will be deducted or invalidated.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip.com and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated companies/entities and agencies shall not be liable for any incidental, punitive, consequential, special, or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of business opportunity, economic loss, injury (including but not limited to death and personal injury), damage to property or other damages suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
6. Trip.com will not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, riots, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, fires, flooding, droughts, storms, epidemics, pandemics, sudden blackouts, government actions, cyber-attacks, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of Trip.com.
7. Trip.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant who wins a prize in this campaign through unfair behaviour, including but not limited to falsifying booking orders.
8. Trip.com’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion and the Trip.com Campaign will be final and binding.
9. Trip.com reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or terminate or otherwise amend this promotion without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. However, Trip.com will endeavor to notify you of any such variation, change, cancellation, termination, withdrawal or suspension by posting on Trip.com or in any other manner Trip.com deems fit.
10. Any terms and conditions applicable to this promotion which are illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions.
11. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation of this promotion.
12. The Terms &Conditions of this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions and/or this Global Travel Recovery Program shall be governed by a competent court in Singapore.
【Hotels 5% + Flight 5% Rebate】

5.【How to Participate】Please signed in Trip.com by App platform (if you have not registered in Trip.com, please register as a Trip.com member first), Members must click on "Participate Now" first and then complete their booking (by App or Trip.com website) to earn extra Trip Coins rebate. The bookings placed before you click "Participate Now" will not be eligible for this rebate promotion. Please note that this rebate promotion is not applicable to flight-and-hotel packages or orders paid at the hotel (Pay-at-Hotel orders).
6.【Trip Coins reward amount】: You will receive 5% rebate Trip Coins — valued at 5% of your booking amount (the amount after payment, rather than the amount before payment). The amount of Trip Coins earned will be calculated according to the final payment for the booking (the final payment amount is the amount paid after discounts, promo codes, and Trip Coins discounts have been applied). The amount discounted using Trip Coins or paid with a gift card does not count as part of the final payment amount. No Trip Coins will be earned for the amount discounted using Trip Coins.
The value of Trip Coins you will receive= Booking amount (after payment) * rebate rate 5%.
For example, if you spend S$ 100 on hotels/flights, you will earn S$100 * 5% ≈ Trip Coins valued at S$ 5 ≈ 384 Trip Coins. The final amount of the Trip Coins is subject to real-time exchange rates and limited to 800 Trip Coins for each customer.
7.【Trip Coins Reward Rules】 Member's Coins are extra rewards outside the Standard Trip Coins. For more information on Standard Trip Coins, please go to [https://sg.trip.com/customer/loyalty?locale=en_sg] There is no limit on the number of bookings, and each eligible booking will earn Trip Coins valued at 5% of the order amount. The maximum amount of extra Trip Coins each user can get is 800 Trip Coins. If you cancel or refund a booking, the rewards obtained will be deducted or invalidated.
8.【When will Trip Coins be issued】Member's Trip Coins will be deposited at the same time when the order's Standard Trip Coins is deposited:
For flight bookings, Trip Coins will be deposited to your account within 3 days after your departure date. If your booking includes more than one flight, Trip Coins will be deposited to your account within 3 days after the departure date of the last flight on your booking. For some non-cancellable flight bookings, Trip Coins will be deposited soon after the payment. For hotel bookings, Trip Coins will be deposited to your account within 2-6 weeks after check-in has been confirmed; especially for Pay-at-Hotel orders, Pay at hotel bookings are not eligible for this 5% Trip Coins rebate.
9.【How to check your eligible bookings and Trip Coins you will get】
Step1: Check the booking progress bar on the campaign page. The number of extra Trip Coins you will receive is displayed in a bubble.
Step 2: If you want to check specific eligible booking details, please go to "Account" in the Trip.com app and tap the Trip Coins logo. Then select "History". A note saying "You will receive extra rewards" will display beside eligible bookings. Please note that the number of Trip Coins shown beside this note is the number of standard Trip Coins you will receive.
10.【Validity period of rewards】 Trip Coins earned through this Promotion by Trip.com members are valid for 3 months from the time they are claimed.
11. Trip.com will use information related to the user's Trip.com account (including but not limited to user ID, device number, mobile number, contact person, and payment account) to determine whether the user has already participated in this promotion for the upper limit.

3. You may exchange your Trip Coins for the following products:
10 AM 27th March: 400 Trip Coins for a S$60 Flight Promo Code, for 【Diamond+ 】members and above, total quota is limited to 3; 50 Trip Coins for a S$10 Flight Promo Code, for Silver members and above, total quota is limited to 150.
12 PM 27th March: 300 Trip Coins for a S$40 Flight Promo Code, for Diamond members and above, total quota is limited to 15.
